When I started [ got into the program with a sponsor and some phone #s] God held the obsession to lust at bay , mostly. I didn’t know that because I didn’t know my Higher Power but He gave me a little bit of Grace to get me started anyway. As I worked each Step and got to know God, the Grace period got extended. There is some need for urgency here. Now the Steps are done, the obsession has been lifted and I get to work all the Steps every day. This gives God the opportunity to keep the addiction out of my life. And now I get to do it all again. What a blessing, thanks Jack.
