Mark here…..recovering SA’er
lately just feeling out of touch with my recovery, sobriety and my HP. Not really sure where it’s coming from. but to continue in this state of mind will only lead me to AO. I need to reach out to the program and my HP even though I don’t want to and it’s in this state of mind that I really need to. “just do it” is what it says in the WB. even if there is no feeling behind it “just do it”.
